HPE iLO (Integrated Lights-Out)
CVE-2018-7078
A remote code execution was identified in HPE Integrated Lights-Out 4 (iLO 4) earlier than version v2.60 and HPE Integrated Lights-Out 5 (iLO 5) earlier than version v1.30.
Affected versions (NVD)
| Product | Versions |
|---|---|
| integrated_lights-out_4_firmware | < 2.60 |
| integrated_lights-out_5_firmware | < 1.30 |
What to do
NVD marks firmware before these versions as affected: integrated_lights-out_4_firmware before 2.60; integrated_lights-out_5_firmware before 1.30. The usual fix is to update to that version or later. Vendors patch each firmware branch separately, so confirm the fixed build for your branch in the advisory.
